When Alan first met Jessica’s dad (also called Alan) it was extremely awkward, Jessica blames it on him going through a bad time at the time, but it probably had something to do with Alan being the same age as him and also having the same name! He even went as far as saying his own daughter has daddy issues! Alan (Jessica’s dad) has now come round to the idea of the relationship a bit more.
