This is from the lower level.<br/><br/>The videographer who wanted me to upload this video **wishes to remain anonymous**, therefore I will NOT mention their name here out of respect, at their request.<br/><br/>This video includes the first 35 minutes that I missed out on.<br/><br/>Many are afraid of change, however this kind of change is good, it's just very hard for them to adjust to it.<br/>One individual attempted to grab the microphone and whip it at the woman, only it was wrapped around/under the table, so it recoiled and hit the floor instead. They should have been kicked out.<br/>Many unrealistic, common tropes were used, and they don't align with reality (no really).<br/>The tour-de-france remark, *we have full legal use of the road*, it's the law, and it won't ever be revoked.<br/>The other trope about emergency vehicles not being able to get through, is motorists just not pulling over to the side. Seen this plenty of times where no infrastructure existed, some even tried to PASS the fire truck (a big no-no).<br/>As for the congestion part:<br/>**VEHICLES** are the source of all the congestion, if say, fifty people didn't at all drive (each vehicle takes up the space of SIX to NINE bicycles regardless of width), congestion would be greatly reduced. That also decreases if 100 rode instead of driving. Big difference, right there.
