Draw one arm beneath your body until it reaches your thigh. <br/><br/>Extricate your arm from the water and sweep it across the surface, preparing it to plunge into the water in front of your face. <br/><br/>Continue drawing your arms continuously so that when one arm enters, the other is prepared to do the same.
